This is what I said to myself today. It is never too late to get fit. All you need to do is get disciplined and follow your daily fitness routine.

At the age of 37, I decided to change my life forever! Off-course you get one life, why not make the max out of it.

I will follow a stringent diet plan and a workout routine. This category on my blog will have 60 articles that will include what I am doing daily.
